Our summer mountain trips are split between the mainland and the Isle of Skye introducing you to some varied mountain experiences which will satisfy all ability levels and aspirations. Our mountain holiday descriptions describe the general content of any given trip and are flexible according to the aims of any given group at the time.
And the trips are great value too allowing you to budget easily and choose full board or trip only options allowing you to choose to self cater, camp or hostel while taking part in the mountain week. We live within a stones throw of the Black Cuillin Ridge of Skye, and the Torridon mountains and have a proven record of success and safety. Add to this the unique wild atmosphere of our local mountains and you’ll be joining a memorable trip.
Our trips are designed on the whole for beginner hillwalkers, or hill enthusiasts with some experience, wanting to challenge themselves on graded terrain. All guided experiences have an instructional element so as to allow you to develop your knowledge & safety with us.
Most trips have two price levels to suit all needs:
‘Trip Only’ - you look after your own food and accommodation except on overnight camps where we feed you as part of you trip price. The Applecross campsite or Hartfield hostel is a great on this option.
‘Full Inclusive Guest House’ - just turn up and we’ll look after you entirely. Enjoy local, homemade, fresh food and the comforts of the guest house where you can discuss the day in front of the fire!
All trip prices include your instructor/guide, equipment and local transport.
