Once you have viewed the info at our web pages about a trip and noted it's price please email to check if space is still available, before sending the booking form, and ask us any questions.
Having confirmed space with us fill in the booking form
Pay online during the booking process or make a bank transfer/payment to our account details charge free. Please note that you need to make a transfer at the same time as you send the booking form and your places will only be secure once the transfer has arrived in our account.
You will get an automated confirmation immediately and, within a couple of days, we will send a follow up personal email detailing all of the specifics such as where and when to meet, what to bring and how you should prepare.
Prices are shown as "Trip Only" , "Full Inclusive " or "Expedition catering" , allowing you greater budgeting freedom to choose to camp, B&B, SYHA Hostel etc. while joining your chosen trip with us.
