Situated above the village, Applecross Campsite occupies over six acres of level, well-drained fields, offering fantastic views of the Inner Sound looking towards the islands of Raasay, Rhona and the Black Cuillins of Skye. With no mobile phone reception the emphasis here is on tranquility and relaxation!

With space for sixty tents, motor homes and touring caravans the site has facilities such as a Café Bar, payphone, A.T.M, laundry and electric hook-up points. There are two newly fully functional, renovated shower blocks and a laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble drier.

The site itself is open all year round, although the cafe bar restaurant will close at the end of October to re-open at the beginning of March.

The Applecross Games are being held on the 26th July 2008 on the campsite. Due to availability of space we can only take people who have booked in advance, also bookings are to be paid for in full at the time of booking.

The Seafood Festival has been cancelled for this coming year but keep your fingers crossed for 2009.
