APPLECROSS CAMPSITE BOOKING CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT: Bookings will only be accepted in writing on the booking form overleaf and, providing that the booking is made at least forty days before the tenancy is due to start, are to be accompanied by a deposit of one third of the total rent. If a booking is made less than forty days before arrival, the full rent is due at the time of booking. In the event of a booking not being accepted all fees will be returned immediately.

FINAL PAYMENT: Once the booking form is received and acceptable the clients are liable for the payment of the balance of rent, four weeks before the start of the tenancy. Clients residing abroad are required to send the final payment EIGHT weeks in advance. Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the property may be re-let without reference to the client, who remain liable for the full amount, though credit will be given for any rents received as a result of re-letting, less any expenses.

PRICE CHANGES: We reserve the right to amend prices incorrectly quoted, due to errors or omissions.

METHOD OF PAY MENT : payment is accepted by cheque, postal orders, MasterCard & Visa. Cheques should be made payable to Applecross Campsite, and drawn on a UK bank. All payments must be made in pounds sterling.

TENTANTS OBLOGATIONS: The client agrees-

•  To pay for any losses or damages to the caravans or fittings, however caused, responsible wear and tear excluded.

•  To take good care of the caravan and keep it clean and tidy at the end of the tenancy.

•  To permit the Owners reasonable access to the caravan.

•  Not to part with possession of the caravan or share it, except with the original members of the party.

•  Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to tenants or occupants of adjoining caravans, or other users of camping facilities

DURATIONS AND TIMES OF LETTING: Lettings are for a minimum of one week in the summer and normally for a maximum of four weeks, although longer periods may be negotiated. All lettings commence at 4.00 p.m. on the first day of tenancy and end at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

NON-AVALIBILITY OF CARAVANS: if for any reason, beyond the control of the owners (e.g. fire damage) the caravans are not available on the day booked, and rent and charges pain in advance by the client will be refunded in full, but the client will have no further claims against Applercross Campsite.

PETS: Due to the age of the caravan's pets are not permitted.

INVENTORY: An inventory is provided and any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise it will be assumed that the inventory was correct.

AUTHORITY TO SIGN: The person who signs the booking form certifies that he or she authorised to agree the Conditions of Booking on behalf of all persons including in the party, including those substituted or added at a later date.

DISCREPANCIES: In case of any discrepancy between those booking conditions and any other conditions of the brochure, these conditions shall prevail.
